BISOL Mounting Systems for Solar PV Installations
BISOL premium mounting solutions for photovoltaics combine superior design and durability for extremely easy installation and long-term performance. Only carefully selected, high-quality materials are used: all quick-mounting rails are made of aluminium EN-AW 6063 T66, and all roof attachments are made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304).
The load carrying capacity of all understructure elements is calculated in accordance with the European EC Eurocode standard under the following conditions:
- Height above sea level: 400 m (1,312')
- Snow load zone: A2
- Wind load zone: 2
- Building height: max. 12 m (9' 4")
- Roof pitch: 30 degrees
- Solar panel weight: 18.5 kg (40 lbs)
- Standard BISOL module size: 1,649 x 991 x 40 mm (64.92" x 39.02" x 1.575")
In addition to the above-mentioned standard conditions, all BISOL rails can be used in any snow or wind load zone. Depending on the snow and wind load zones, the maximum span of profiles may differ.
